Holy shit. You’ve heard rumours about the DEAD POPES, the past CEOs of the infamous Zashmo Corp. ensconced within a lavish cryogenic vessel. And now it’s clear from the crimson crest that the very vessel is free-floating before your eyes.
DEAD POPES is a minimal Mothership module designed to fit on an A4 trifold (roll fold). In truth, the idea for it came to me in a dream.
What if there was a dungeon of reverentially sealed papal apartments... but make it space
The module presents 5 different micro-scenarios to choose from:
Life Support
Cult of the Corp.
Hell Spiral
Unwilling Host
Execute Orders
These scenarios are about as barebones as you can probably get and would be an interesting choice to try to solo using Thousand Empty Light's solo rules. Otherwise, DEAD POPES probably requires a Warden willing to extrapolate and embellish.
It's completely un-playtested. Go ahead and break something. And then tell me about it.
