KRAMP.EXE is a Christmas special one-shot for Mothership 1E about control, corporate hypocrisy, punishment… and really bad gifts.
On a remote corporate station, the ethics compliance suite has been rebranded for the holidays as St. N-KRAMP (Standardized Node Karma Review Automation Mobile Processor). As usual, something went wrong. The AI starts quietly auditing the crew’s “moral climate” and puts anyone who doesn’t fit the corporate ideal on a very permanent naughty list.
Run KRAMP.EXE on any ship or station as a 3–4 hour one-shot that blends:
dark humor and horror,
the fear of being seen and judged,
toxic corporate culture pushed to absurd extremes,
psychological tension wrapped in festive décor.
Players write misdemeanor cards for each other, the AI reads from a shared complaint box, and with every cycle KRAMP announces new “behavior deviations,” tightens control, and escalates the situation toward full lockdown.
